FAQ
What services do you offer?
I offer hands-on operational leadership across HR, Finance, IT, and Sales Ops—without the cost or complexity of a full-time executive. Whether you're scaling, restructuring, or simply need someone to keep the lights on and the systems flowing, I bring strategic clarity, trusted execution, and a track record of building teams that reduce risk and drive results.
Who do you help?
What should I expect in terms of pricing and cost?
How do you work with clients?
Are you available remotely?
Most engagements start on a retainer basis, defined by an agreed number of hours rather than fixed packages or deliverables. As a general guide, an initial health check is often around 10 hours, while deeper operational work typically starts closer to 40 hours.
All work is billed based on actual hours of effort. I don’t offer fixed-fee or project-based pricing, since operational needs often evolve once the work begins. For ongoing or repeat engagements, I offer a sliding hourly scale based on estimated annual hours.
I most often work with businesses under $15M in annual revenue, where hands‑on operational support has the greatest impact, with exceptions depending on complexity and fit. There’s no standard engagement length—I stay flexible to match what your business actually needs.
We’ll start with a free intro / clarity call. Pricing begins once we agree to move forward and I’m actively working on solutions.
Yes—I work remotely with teams across the U.S. and beyond. Whether you're fully distributed or hybrid, I integrate seamlessly into your workflows, bringing operational clarity and hands-on support without the overhead of a full-time hire.
I work with founders and executive teams who are scaling fast, restructuring, or simply need someone to keep the lights on while building systems that last. Whether you're pre- or post-acquisition, managing cash flow, or trying to reduce single points of failure, I step in to stabilize operations, coach teams, and drive strategic clarity across HR, Finance, IT, and Sales Ops. If you're wearing too many hats or stuck in reactive mode, I help you shift from survival to systems.
I work with clients in a few different ways, depending on where you are and what kind of support will be most useful right now. All engagements are hands-on, practical, and tailored to your business—not pre-packaged or theoretical.
Fractional Operations Leadership
For founders or small teams who need ongoing operational support and a trusted partner in the business.
I step into a fractional COO / Head of Operations role, helping you manage priorities, improve systems, support the team, and make steady progress month over month—without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.Project-Based Operations Work
For specific challenges that need focused attention.
This might include cleaning up cash flow and reporting, building internal processes, clarifying roles and responsibilities, or untangling operational bottlenecks. Project work is scoped in advance, time-bound, and designed to leave you with systems that last.Advisory or Interim Support
For moments of transition or decision-making.
Sometimes you don’t need someone doing everything—you need someone to think alongside you. I provide short-term advisory support during periods of growth, change, or uncertainty, helping you pressure-test decisions and move forward with clarity.
If you’re not sure which approach fits, that’s normal. We can talk it through and decide together what will be most useful based on your goals, constraints, and current reality.
What is your approach?
I lead with clarity, empathy, and systems thinking. My approach is grounded in understanding what’s working, what’s missing, and what’s getting in the way—then building the operational scaffolding to support growth. I don’t just advise; I roll up my sleeves. Whether it’s cash flow, team dynamics, or process optimization, I focus on reducing risk, empowering people, and solving problems in ways that scale. I believe in direct communication, thoughtful delegation, and making complexity feel manageable.
